Make Your Own Butter in a Jar!

Living in Victorian Prince Edward Island, Anne couldn’t just run to the store if she needed butter – she and Marilla had to make it themselves! Simple and fun, this is a great activity to do with children of elementary age. This sheet contains a list of materials needed and full instructions that will result in your very own fresh-made butter. Be sure to have lots of biscuits or bread around so everyone can have a taste!
